1. Where do you ship from?
We ship from California, USA.
2. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
You will receive the pet design sketch within 1-2 days after placing the order. Once you approve it (we will reserve up to 24 hours for your confirmation), we will produce it within 1-2 days. Delivery time within the United States is usually 2-5 business days, and elsewhere it usually takes 10-20 business days.
3. How to create better works?
You'll need to select a high-resolution photo of your pet.
Photography tips: Hold your camera/phone 30-50 inches from your pet, at head level.
4. How do I send you photos of my pets?
Upload your pet photo before placing an order (above "Add to Cart"). If you forget to upload your pet photo, we will contact you proactively, or please send it directly to our email.
5. Can I return the product if I am not satisfied?
We are committed to providing you with a satisfactory product. We will provide you with a design sketch for your approval before production. If there is any problem with the product, we will replace it for free.
6. Is it a ready-to-hang pet portrait?
Yes, these pet portraits are printed on high-quality canvas and wrapped on a pine frame with ready-to-hang accessories (Mounting brackets, non-trace nails and bubble level included).
